“The Adventure is You …”
Where Stillness Meets Aliveness.

Transformative Inner Expedition in Sri Lanka

Discover Sri Lanka’s hidden treasures – and discover new sides of yourself.

This extraordinary journey combines adventure, personal reflection and inner transformation.

The Transformative Inner Expedition Sri Lanka is a ten-day intensive transformation and development programme with Dr. Elisabeth Proksch, combining coaching & supervision, personal reflection and experiential learning.

In a completely different environment, new perspectives emerge. You step outside your familiar routines, become aware of your strengths and resources, and gain new clarity for your personal and professional direction.

“The Adventure is You” is a unique combination of a journey of discovery and an inner expedition. The natural environment and culture of Sri Lanka act as a catalyst: they create space to pause, experience a new sense of aliveness and set change in motion.

The journey is designed for people who consciously want to take time for themselves, experience something new and bring greater clarity into their lives or professional future. A small group, personal guidance and carefully selected adventures provide the framework for intensive experiences, inspiring encounters and sustainable insights.

For this purpose, open “Adventure Dates” are offered. In addition, we offer the development journey tailor-made for companies (leadership teams, teams) as well as for private groups. The programme is adapted in advance to the respective objectives and specific needs.

The Transformative Inner Expedition in Sri Lanka is also ideally suited as an extraordinary incentive, allowing companies to recognise and reward employees for outstanding performance and exceptional commitment.

Testimonials

“More than 10 years ago, I had the opportunity to experience the adventure and development programme with Elisabeth Proksch. ‘The Adventure is You’ in Sri Lanka was an extraordinary experience for me. The completely different environment in Sri Lanka, the unique experiences and shared encounters as well as the impulses from Elisabeth Proksch acted as a catalyst for new perspectives and an important development step – as a person and as a leader.”

Elisabeth Promberger, Chairwoman of the Management Board, REWE Süd

“I had the opportunity to meet Elisabeth Proksch and experience her work with participants first-hand several years ago. I was particularly impressed by the way Elisabeth deliberately integrated Sri Lanka’s nature, culture and special places into her coaching work. These experiences become a starting point for self-reflection and for exploring both professional and personal questions. It is a truly powerful concept that makes personal development tangible and creates a lasting impact. I fully support this project.”

John Attygalle, Retired Entrepreneur, International Networker and Supporter of International Projects

“I have known Elisabeth Proksch well and have worked with her for several years. Her work is powerful and profound, with the right sense of sensitivity and humour. Combined with adventure, nature and culture in Sri Lanka, it promises to be a very special experience. This format makes me very curious and perfectly matches my idea of development and inspiration.”

Ada Kocan, CEO, One Way Capital Holding / Basic-Fit Austria

“In 2025, I took part in a similar journey with Elisabeth Proksch and still draw on the experience today. The combination of Sri Lanka with Elisabeth’s expertise as a coach is a unique experience that should not be missed. Her clear approach to working on oneself and developing one’s personal, professional and life goals is something I would recommend to anyone.”

Claudia Gutmann, Partner and Division Manager at Bankhaus Gutmann

“I am very happy to have met Elisabeth Proksch and to support her as a cooperation partner in bringing ‘The Adventure is You’ to life in Sri Lanka. I greatly enjoy contributing my own ideas and shaping this programme together with her. Our collaboration has grown into not only a strong partnership, but also a wonderful friendship.”
