The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

We use the open source content management system Contao and the open source tool Laravel for the design of our website and the sending of our mailings.

Contact with us/Data security

If you contact us by form on our website, your data will be stored for 6 months. The data will be forwarded to our info mailbox. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

In the course of contacting us or within the scope of our business relationship, you will provide us with your contact details or contact details of your employees:

First name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, salutation

If you request our training or consulting services, we will save your data: Company name, UID number, project location with address, project name, project subject, required consulting competencies, project scope, possible daily rate as well as any additional information you may have provided. You are not obliged to provide us with this data, but otherwise it will hardly be possible for us to provide high quality consulting services and to manage a commissioned project (to issue invoices, to carry out quality assurance measures, etc.).

We store the personal data on an internal server for the duration of our business relationship.

In case there is no longer an upright business relationship, we store the personal data for the documentation of our business activities for three years after our last contact, unless there is a legal obligation for a longer storage by Dr. Proksch Consult KG (e.g. invoices, consulting contracts which are the contractual basis for orders which have been placed, etc.).

In individual cases we make use of external service providers who have access to your data in the course of project-related work. These service providers are contractually bound to our data protection regulations and have their headquarters exclusively in the EU.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

Newsletter/Sendings

For some of the services we offer, such as our newsletter and registrations via our website, we require some personal information for registration. Only data that are necessary to provide the service in a meaningful way are required (e.g. name and e-mail address for the e-mail newsletter), all other data are always voluntary.

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your name and e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription.

You can cancel our newsletter at any time by email. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch or other mailings.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
